İncek Loft
The company has undertaken projects, especially in what is described as Ankara’s “golden triangle,” an area where the city is expanding. The first of these projects, İncek Loft, encompasses 1,199 residences and 43 commercial units, situated on a construction site with a landscape equipment area of 296,000 m². The foundations of the İncek Loft project were laid within the year 2014, and it was fully delivered to the rights holders in April 2016.
As of the date, the company’s real estate portfolio includes 143 residential units and 39 commercial units from the İncek Loft project.
With 68% of its area dedicated to landscaping and social facilities, this project features commercial spaces spread over 8,027 m² on a street level open to pedestrian access, positioning it among Ankara’s special housing projects.
İncek Villa
The company undertook a villa construction project in return for land share in İncek District, Ankara. As a result of the project, the company acquired full title deeds for two villas and a 50% share of the title deed for one additional villa.
Romania Villa
As of February 2, 2024, the company’s portfolio includes a villa acquired in Bucharest, Romania, for a total amount of 226,100 Euros.
